Returns & Exchanges

Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. All garments must retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access your order history through our online portal or contact concierge services to request a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Place the items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all signature security tags remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided pre-paid DHL shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received in Italy, our atelier will inspect the returned pieces for quality assurance before processing your refund to the original payment method.
